Arnel Angelito S. Garrido

A Project Manager by profession in the telecommunications industry, with extensive experience working with Ericsson, Fiberhome, Nokia, and Huawei. Currently connected with PT&T as Special Projects Manager, he is responsible for leading and managing professionals in executing and delivering government and non-government projects involving alterations to existing PT&T network facilities.

He became a member of Alpha Phi Omega during his freshman year in 1981 and has remained an active member of the organization ever since. Over the years, he has held various positions at both the regional and national levels, contributing significantly to the fraternity’s growth and service endeavors.

As one of the key organizers of the APOPI Alumni Association, he was instrumental in its recognition as the 329th Chapter-based Alumni Association of Alpha Phi Omega, Philippines, Inc. Having served in various positions within the Alumni Association, he was unanimously elected President on August 23, 2024—a testament to his dedication, leadership, and commitment to the principles of the fraternity.
